I've been waiting for this for awhile. Barfield just needs this to get him going in my opinion. He did a lot in the off-season with his Dad, Jesse Barfield, to get his bat back up to snuff. I'm expecting some good things from Josh here.

I think he should be on his way to Detroit for the game tonight. If not, Carroll will play second another night. It's clear they are tired of waiting on Cabrera's bat, and his defense is no longer good enough to keep him.
