Wow I definitely lost track of time today.
I did accomplish a lot though. I'm currently writing my team-by-team previews, and really it's crazy tough, but I like it.
We've got ourselves some decent news though and I didn't get on top of it.
Let's start with ye olde lineup.
CF Grady Sizemore, RF Jamey Carroll, LF David Dellucci, C Kelly Shoppach, 1B Beau Mills, 2B Tony Graffanino, DH Matt LaPorta, 3B Wes Hodges, SS Andy Cannizaro.
David Dellucci in the three hole, wow... Definitely a b-team Tuesday.
Lefty Scott Lewis is on the mound, ready to stake his claim to the last rotation spot, he'll need to at least show he can hang with Aaron Laffey. Also pitching will be Kerry Wood and Anthony Reyes. Possibly following them up: RHP Kerry Wood, RHP Anthony Reyes, LHP Tony Sipp, RHP Greg Aquino, RHP Juan Salas.
NOW...
CUTS!!!
The Indians made three cuts to trim the roster to 59, one is surprising, one isn't, and one is welcomed.
Rich Rundles is a bit of a surprise this early, but Rundles was optioned to Triple-A Columbus, he'll now start the year with the Clippers. Rundles was thought to be a little pat of that bullpen battle, but he struggled. So overall it isn't really surprising, just surprising how quickly it came.
Ryan Edell has been re-assigned to minor league camp. Edell was in Akron last year and really didn't get much time in big league camp. Not really a surprise.
The final cut was TOMO OHKA! YESSSSS
Ohka was re-assigned to minor league camp as well. He can sign with a Japanese or Korean team if the opportunity arises, but he'll probably end up being in the Tribe's minor league system to start the year. He was awful this spring. That's all.
Finally.. A bit of discouraging news about Adam Miller.
While playing catch on Friday, he didn't feel pain, but Miller can't bend the very tip of the finger.
What?
This is just too weird and too frustrating.
Miller will see two hand specialists, one on Monday and one on Tuesday and then go from there.
I mean what gives with this man's finger? Does it ever end?!
Bahhhhhwwrrahhh..
I'm saving what I was going to do for sometime later. I'll be back later today to recap the game.

I really had big hopes for Miller. Hopefully he can heal up and play by season's end.
