CF Josh Barfield, 2B Asdrubal Cabrera, LF Ben Francisco, C Victor Martinez, 1B Beau Mills, 3B Tony Graffanino, RF Matt LaPorta, DH Stephen Head, SS Luis Valbuena and LHP Aaron Laffey.
Josh Barfield gets another start in centerfield. This game is uneventful, unless you are looking forward to seeing Coco Crisp as a Royal again.
The game is on radio if you are in the area, so enjoy that.
I'm WBC watching, but I might turn flip the radio on.
Aaron Laffey is on the mound and following him: Zach Jackson, John Meloan, Jack Cassel, Tony Sipp, Juan Salas, Greg Aguino and Ryan Edell.
Hopefully Laffey and Jackson can make up for the cruddiness that is Jeremy Sowers and everyone else.
WBC Update....
Shin-Soo Choo didn't do much in the game this morning.
Rafael Perez looked like he was in mid-season form in the Dominican's game against the Netherlands.
The one note on Travis Hafner as I stay busy here on this lovely Saturday afternoon, why did it rain?
"When you get into the game you realize you have to have discipline," said Hafner. "Today, I just saw the ball and swung at it without much of a plan."I think I'd do the same thing in that situation. Wouldn't you?
Have you seen the new ESPN commercials about the searching and how you should "stay connected"?
Well there's one with Grady out there, the subject of fantasy baseball. He then gets traded for Matt Holliday to a team called "Who's Your Boss?"
He then says "Who's Your Boss?" and we find out that Alyssa Milano is the boss.
I swear I had no hand in it.. I swear to god.
